Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We understand that changing your mind happens, and we're here to help! If you wish to request a cancellation, please send an email to ricky@idealofficefurniture.com.au, including your order number and the reason for the cancellation.

However, if one of our staff members has already processed your order, it cannot be canceled. If you still insist on canceling the order, please be aware that a 30% cancellation fee will apply to the total price.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Will you offer discount for bulk order?

Yes! We can definitely offer a discount when you're purchasing a large number of items.

Simply add all the items you want to the cart, and instead of checking out, click on the quote button at the top of the cart page. Fill in your details below and click send. One of our lovely team members will reply to you within 2 days.

Delivery & Assembly

Where do you offer delivery and assembly service?

We deliver most of our stocked items to metropolitan areas in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth.

Additionally, for select products, we deliver to regional areas, including Adelaide, Wollongong, Central Coast (NSW), Newcastle, Canberra, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Geelong.

If you're uncertain whether your item qualifies for delivery to your area, we recommend giving our team a call at (02) 9897 0588 to check.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed online are usually dispatched within 3-12 business days. For urgent delivery, please contact our sales team to arrange (02) 9897 0588.

How will my furnitre arrive?

If you choose no delivery options when adding your item to the cart, the furniture will be delivered in a flat-pack. Alternatively, if you choose delivery, one of our technicians will deliver and assemble the furniture on-site.

Our assembly service includes removing the rubbish, so you don't have to worry.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order and in the same condition as they were received, in an unopened flat-pack.

Please note that there will be no return accepted if your furniture has been assembled on-site.

If your furniture is naturally damaged and is still within the warranty period, please contact us to find a solution.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we approved your cancellation or received your returned items.

Does the furniture come with a warranty?

Yes! On the product page, click on the warranty section, and the warranty symbol with the duration will be displayed.
