Assembly Instructions for the Executive Mesh Chair - Bragg Range Parts List: A: Back x 1 B: Seat x 1 C: Arms x 2 D: Castors x 5 E: Base x 1 F: M6*25 Bolts x 4 G: M6*40 Bolts x 2 H: M6*45 Bolts x 4 I: M8*20 Bolts x 3 J: Spacers x 10 K: Mechanism x 1 L: Gas Lift x 1 M: Allen Key x 1 Steps: Base and Castors Assembly: Insert the 5 Castors (D) into the Base (E). Gas Lift Installation: Place the Gas Lift (L) into the center hole of the Base (E). Mechanism Attachment: Attach the Mechanism (K) to the underside of the Seat (B) using M6*25 Bolts (F). Tighten with the Allen Key (M). Seat Assembly: Position the assembled Seat (B) with the Mechanism (K) onto the Gas Lift (L). Back Attachment: Align the Back (A) with the Seat (B) and secure using M6*40 Bolts (G) and Spacers (J). Ensure both sides are even. Armrest Installation: Attach the Arms (C) to the Seat (B) and Back (A) using M6*45 Bolts (H) and Spacers (J). Use the Allen Key (M) to tighten the bolts. Headrest Installation (if applicable): If your chair includes a headrest, install it after completing Step 5. Use M8*20 Bolts (I) to secure the headrest. Final Check: Ensure all bolts and screws are tight. Check that the chair is stable and all parts are securely attached. Preventive Maintenance and Warnings: Regular Check: Every 6 months, check all bolts and screws to ensure they are tight. Usage: This chair is designed for seating one person at a time. Safety: Do not use the chair as a step stool or ladder. Avoid sitting on any part of the chair except the seat. Floor Surface: Only use the chair on even floor surfaces.
